Steve advised some of the largest banks, private equity and investment funds on $10 Billion worth of real estate investments ranging from $1 Million to $250 Million+ for all major property types. Institutional clients include: Bank of America, Citibank, BlackRock, CalPERS etc. 

With a graduate level academic and research background from Harvard Medical School, he focuses on Medical Real Estate and works closely with Investment Funds, public and private Healthcare REITs, Medical Groups and High-Net-Worth investors. Previously, Steve was the #1 individual sales person at NAI Capital selling $100 Million+ Medical Office Buildings and Surgical Centers.

Steve obtained his Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Neurobiology from Harvard University. His Master's thesis was key part of a large research project at Harvard Medical School that received a $5 Million grant from the National Institute of Health. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from Brandeis University, and completed an MBA and an additional Ph.D. in Finance.
